Sometimes learning numbers in a foreign language can be tricky. However, knowing your numbers is essential for all sorts of things like saying your age, telephone number, address, going shopping and buying things etc. In German, groups of numbers like the 'teens' follow a pattern. If we recognise patterns, it makes the numbers easier to learn. You also tend to remember something better when you teach somebody else.
Why don't you try and teach your family the numbers and then have some fun playing a game like Bingo..?

Great photo of me and the others! It's a lot easier learning German numbers that way. I think I might try and teach my sister that way.

I loved German bingo even though I forgot my numbers at the start. In the end I got into a pattern and remembered them all!!!

I thought it was a good way to learn your numbers and I might try and teach my family the German numbers that way.

At first numbers were really hard for me but you get the hang of them in the end!

Learning your numbers in German is hard but when you know the patterns it's easier to do.

I loved German bingo, but you have to remember that for numbers above 20, you have to switch them around!

I find German numbers are so much easier to learn than numbers in other languages as in they often don't have patterns.

It looks really hard at first but you will get the hang of it in the end. And Bingo looks really fun.

I totally Agree Brandon :) Once you figure out the patterns you should know them up to 100 :) You just have to remember after 30 that you say and spell the numbers backwards.

Learning numbers in German is definitely hard but when you see the pattern it gets easier. Also the more revision you do, the easier it gets.
